The RM2 uses real-time metering to accurately dispense and mix resin, such as paint or polyurethane, and hardener on ratio regardless of varying flow rates. Applications include feathering or rapid triggering with manual guns, from touch-up to full production. The low pressure (LP) system uses an electronically controlled stepper motor dispense pump (2–600 cc/min, ratios 1:1 to 100:1 depending on pump size); the medium pressure (MP) system uses an electronically controlled pulse valve (10–1900 cc/min, ratios 1:1 to 50:1). Ratio tolerance is down to ±1%.
