The Binks IntelliFlow RF2+ is designed to maximize process savings for almost any automatic and manual applicator system, including static, reciprocator, flatline and robot applications. It is capable of up to 100 colors and catalysts with 1K, 2K and 3K operation, and its modular, scalable design grows with your process.

RF2+ Manual — Ideal for Hand Spray Applications

Turn-key configurations include: 15" full-color touchscreen with EtherNet/IP communication; solenoids for up to 12 colors and 4 catalysts; solvent and air chop valves on the color stack (except 1-color configurations); solvent valves on the catalyst stack (except 1-catalyst configurations); 2 high-resolution gear flowmeters; pulse valve ratio control; dynamic mix block (flushable on low pressure configurations); wall mounting hardware; 2-gun air cutoff kit; and manual outlet regulator.

RF2+ Automatic — Versatility for Automatic or Manual Spray Applications

Turn-key configurations include: 15" full-color touchscreen with EtherNet/IP communication; solenoids for up to 12 colors and 4 catalysts; inlet pressure regulation; solvent and air chop valves on the resin stack (low pressure only); solvent valve on the catalyst stack; 2 high-resolution gear flowmeters; 2 closed-loop flow control regulators; flushable dynamic mix block; and wall mounting hardware.

How to select your turn-key configuration: select low (250 psi) or medium (3,000 psi) pressure, select the number of colors and catalysts, then select additional kits and accessories.
