The Binks Gemini II Diaphragm Pumps are ideal for a variety of materials and viscosities, in applications including wood, general metal fabrication and adhesives. The double diaphragm design provides a 1:1 fluid ratio to the compressed air supply, and flow is adjusted from zero to maximum rated capacity by regulating the inlet air.
The ½" acetal short stroke pump is ideal for a wide variety of spray applications, delivering 27% more fluid per stroke than the Gemini I series with lower pulsation. The ½" pump is available in conductive acetal or stainless steel, the 1" in aluminum or stainless steel, and the 1½" in stainless steel.
Suitable for adhesives, catalyzed varnishes, paints, resins, solvents, specialty coatings and stains.
