The Binks DX200 is designed for finishing applications requiring multi-spray gun usage, or transferring or circulating high to low viscosity materials. Its unique "no-crease" diaphragm gives a long working life, and the optional built-in fluid regulator delivers constant, virtually pulse-free flow for direct connection to spray guns without an additional fluid regulator or surge chamber.
The current DX200-3 is a 3:1 ratio pump with the Eazi-Swap outlet, which can be configured as a standard outlet or fitted with a manual fluid regulator or active surge chamber, even with the pump on line. Low internal volume with no dead areas makes it suitable for piggable systems.
Suitable for wood stains, lacquers and varnishes, primers, sealers and catalysed lacquers, solvent or waterborne coatings, moisture-sensitive and UV-cure coatings, abrasive coatings, adhesives and fillers.
