Description:

The Binks AutoCure™ line of infrared heaters gives body shops, refinish booths and production plants a fast, accurate way to cure spot repairs and complete panels. Every AutoCure unit combines infrared temperature control with laser-sighting technology, so the operator can position the heater precisely and hold the surface at the correct cure temperature.

AutoCure heaters use shortwave T3 emitters made exclusively for Binks equipment. The halogen-filled clear quartz tubes contain tantalum discs, tungsten filaments, stainless steel leads and durable ceramic end seals, delivering direct, reflected and convective energy across all wavelengths. Lamps are rated for 5,000 hours, and Binks reports that its systems routinely see 10,000 hours or more.

AutoCure Models

AutoCure 3000 Portable Heater – 2 lamps, single head, 1,600 W, for small spot repairs such as posts and sills.
AutoCure 5000 / 5000II Portable Heater – spot-repair curing in a variety of head sizes, with locking wheels to hold position.
AutoCure 6000 / 6000II Overhead Heater – built for overhead XY gantry mounting, with an electric linear actuator for heater positioning.
AutoCure 7000 Side Mount Heater – mounts to a booth or wall where ceiling clearance is minimal.
AutoCure 8000 Panel Heater – portable unit for drying complete panel sections, offered in two standard sizes.
