Binks Regulators

Binks Pressure Relief Valves (PRVs) are designed especially to cope with the demands of liquid paint and ensure dependable operation at a time when you need it to safeguard expensive systems. Available as integrated elements of the Binks Smart electric pumps manifold or for inline pipe installations.

The Fluid Regulator will maintain the set downstream pressure at the outlet port providing a controlled flow rate of material to the applicator. Offering a full line of fluid regulators in stainless steel, zinc plated and nickel plated brass for ceramic applications.

The DR-1 Fluid Regulator provides consistent and constant fluid regulation for automatic coating applications.

The Binks 1.5 in. low shear back pressure regulators adjust to control the paint system back pressure within the pipe line and minimizes ‘paint shear’ due to the large surface area of the valve seating.
