Graco part number 25F207: Stellair Automatic Air Spray Gun, HVLP Trim, 0.055 in (1.4 mm) Nozzle for General Industry with fluid control knob.

High volume low pressure (HVLP) air spray gun produces stellar results for general industry applications using robots, reciprocators, flat line machines or other automated finishing technologies.

• Automatic air spray gun brings all-star performance to many industrial finishing applications, including automotive, industrial metal and plastic components, wood products and architectural structures.
• High volume low pressure (HVLP) air spray produces a controlled, low velocity spray pattern that reduces bounce back and overspray, while meeting environmental regulations.
• Trim air cap produces a well-defined edge with minimal overspray that’s required for edges, trim, dielectric coating and other selective applications.
• Precise fluid flow control click knob with true zero set point ensures accurate paint thickness.
• Patented spray pattern alignment and pathing tool ensures accurate and repeatable spray angle. It is easily attached and detached from the gun to keep production moving.
• One piece fluid cartridge can be removed and replaced so quickly that it nearly eliminates maintenance related downtime.
• Direct stainless steel fluid path cuts the amount of solvent needed to flush the gun, reducing VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions.
