Higher Accuracy

The ProMix PD guarantees mix ratio accuracy within 1% thanks to its encoder-based piston drive technology and active control valves. It maintains this accuracy regardless of head pressure, elevation, material viscosity, temperature or gun triggering.

Faster Flushing

By moving the mixing point closer to the gun, ProMix PD decreases the flush zone: less material waste, faster flushing and increased efficiency. Full flushing can be programmed in the ADM, with up to five preset flushing recipes with individual solvents, time schedules and other factors.

Reduced Costs

Less rework and reliable flow control, quick color changes and better dispensing. The flushing method reduces solvent use and material waste by up to 80%, and maintenance cost is significantly lower compared to gear pumps.

Automatic Configuration

Automatic ProMix PD systems provide network connectivity for greater efficiency and control. Solutions are available for regular or integrated setups:

• Regular: compatible with all kinds of applicators; paint triggered via network or discrete I/O; mixing recipes via programmed ADM, PLC or other input.
• Integrated: end-to-end solution with monitoring and steering through Graco software; integrated Air Control Module provides electrical and air connections to operate two spray devices plus one or two gun flush boxes or air shutoff valves.

• Positive displacement: constant fluid flow rate and pressure regardless of fluid properties; the pump stalls under pressure, and preset values eliminate the need for regulators in the mixed material stream.
• Booth control: control recipe, pressure and color changes from inside the spray booth.
• Dose pumps: operate up to four pumps; seals can be replaced in the field in minutes.
• Hose bundle: combines solvent, catalyst, color and air hoses in a single bundle so the mix point can move closer to the gun.
• Air/solvent chop: customizable flushing recipes that reduce solvent usage and flush time.

• Color change module (optional): manage up to 30 colors and four catalysts with corresponding valve stacks.
• Advanced Display Module: real-time data on system parameters; access data through a PLC or download via USB.
• Remote mix manifolds: compatible with Wall Mix manifolds (automatic color switch) or Belt Mix manifolds (manual color switch, hand-carried or robot-mounted).
